I would not have flourished in this way without my African experience. I believe I was even meant to come and live here. This challenges each day my way of being and the mindset and prejudice I hold from origin.

A success story

I was an occasional smoker until last year. I had stopped often and kept for a while but even in Ghana I had smoking times and periods. Almost one year ago -- it must have been in October -- after sickness -- malaria seemingly, followed by a beginning of pneumonia -- I decided to stop... And kept until today and I can say that it is going to last for much longer, I hope forever.

Of course, there is more work to do on my character and shortcomings but as a friend wrote I am on the right path.
